It is our aim that men who are truly called by the Lord in the ministry will be equipped in serving Him in the field where they are called to do. When you seek for spiritual training, you do not have to look on the material aspect but on the spiritual. It is not actually the building that will mold you but the men who are called by the Lord and have experience a long journey with Him in the fields of the ministry. God wants you to be discipled, and to be equipped in the service of the Lord. Jesus said, “Follow me and I will make you fishers of men” (Mat. 4: 19). As you avail of yourselves to follow Jesus and to be taught of his teachings, and as you get involve in actual ministerial activities, you will become effective soul winners, disciplers, and ministers for the advancement of the Lord’s churches.
